Fitness: Go for Goal



Go for your Goal


From this title I guess it is fairly self explanatory that I will be trying to reach for my goal. My recent goal has been to get the so called "11 abs" and just to get fit in general. Fitness is a fairly foreign word to me because I must admit that I am extremely lazy and tend to make excuses to get out of running. But with my persistent mother and friends who have made bets to lose weight, I have decided to try this out.

So far it has been 4 grueling days but it is getting easier. My face gets naturally red when I run (when I say red I mean as red as a tomato). People walked past me and stare... I wonder what they were looking at and surely enough I laughed when I saw how red my face was.... It couldn't be missed. 
So here is what I have done in these past few days: 
1. 1 hour of running
2. 50 Sit ups in the morning (can be done in bed) 
3. 50 Sit ups before bed
4. push ups
5. Bench dips 

I haven't been on a diet but I have looked at healthier options rather than grabbing the nearest cookie or cupcake. I have found that I like running now! It feels refreshing and your skin is practically Glowing after a run. For those of you who have back acne or acne on your chest running and  breaking a sweat really helps with it! OH OH OH! And when I used to walk I felt that everything jiggled... (a quick hint if you ever have a jumping competition with your sister... do it with a baggy shirt haha!) now it doesn't and I look slimmer and feel great! It doesn't hurt to look good :)
