The words "Asia Miles" may seem foreign to you however you may remember your parents talking about gaining Miles or using Miles to buy plane tickets. This is how I found about it. I wanted to find a way that could benefit me as I will be buying airline tickets often. I found out that Asia Miles can help you do this. Sign up is totally FREE!
On the website you can Join, Redeem Miles, look at special offers etc. So Basically How this works is that you buy a plane ticket from any airline (except from Virgin Atlantic and a couple others) the airline will ask you if you have a Asia Miles card and ask for your membership no. You can receive your Asia Miles card membership no. after signing up. The moment you earn Asia Miles you will be sent a Official Asia Miles card through the mail. When you haven't earned Asia Miles you will only have a digital card.
Depending on the price of the ticket you will earn Miles which can be used in turn to buy other things e.g new plane tickets, hotel stays etc. But you must reach a certain amount of miles to use this, all the information you need is on the website.
Pros: 1. You get to earn points when buying tickets or even dining!
2. You can use the points earned to buy stuff!
3. Easy to use and free membership!
4. You can be any age to join however, if you are under 18 you wont get some of the promotions.
Cons: 1. For enquiries you can't contact them you have to sort it out yourself.
2. If you are under 18 you wont get some of the promotions.
3. Your Miles you have earned will expire after 3 years and you have to pay to keep them.
